Here is my new updated box..

Any suggestions, are appreciated.. i can keep it regulated at around 70ish lights out and during lights on .. it gets around 78-82 humidity is running a tad high .. around 58-60%

the lights that im ussing right now.. are

4-26w CFL 5600 daylight
4-26w CFL 3000 soft white

alternated back and forth on the setup when the plants get a bit bigger .. the light setup can come apart in the middle .. giving each plant 2 of each light.. they seem to like it in there for now.. ill keep you all updated..

CFL bulbs should be hung horizontally not vertically. Turn your CFLs horizontal and the plants will be getting hit with much more light. High humidity is cool during veg but during flowering you might need to pick up a dehumidifier

Well im lookin into the carbon thing.. im trying to put a couple things together .. might need some input on how to set it up with the proper fan/ventilation etc etc. Im only gonna have a max of two plants in the box.. maybe three at a time..thats about all i have bulb for..

oh .. any ideas on how i would hang them horizontilly .. maybe im just a little too high to picture how i would do that right now..

very nice box, and yeah id change the pos of the bulbs like theother guy said a little bit up there but other then that it looks great

Ok i changed some things around.. now i have a fresh air intake from the window, and i changed the setup of my bulbs..

i now run this setup for each box.
2 boxes running 6850 lumens each ..one box per plant..

VEG CYCLE.
3-- 26w CFL 5600 daylight
1-- 26w CFL 3000

Im switching over to,

FLOWER CYCLE
3--26w CFL 3000
1--26w CFL 5600 daylight

im going to be adding more of them to the sides as needed.. for height.

I also added some updated pics of my baby's.. day 7... there lookin pretty good..

I was doing a small experiment .. just basically to convince myself.. that having ph correct water is very detrimental and important.. all three have sprouted on the same day .. but one i just put tap straight out of the sink into the pot from a cup .. and the results are pretty obvious. Well any idea's on how to make my box any more streamline.. would be greatly apreciated. i can keep my temps lower then 81. just about all day .. but when lights go out.. there is a significant drop in temp .. almost 12 degree's any idea's on that would be helpful.. :eyesmoke: my humidy is 44 to 48 all day .. i think its fine.

oh .. i wont be growing anymore then 2 maybe 3 plants if i can keep this 3rd one alive.. lol do you think i will have enuf plants to really have to think about carbon filter.. or is the smell gonna build up that bad.

Nice upgrades but I would add some sort of reflective material to the inside of those boxes for the light, brown is not a reflective color. Paint it with high temp flat white paint

when ppl say you need "fresh air" , that doesnt mean it has to be outside air.. Regular air from any room in your house is fine.. You dont really need to be drawing outside air in via a window.. And tbh its not very safe.

lol well when your nearest neighbor is about 1 mile down the road, not to worried.. about the window thing.. and its pretty much the only way i can get cool enuf temps running thru my box to keep the temps below 80 deg. that i have found so far. with my budget. :neutral:

and yes ... i still have to paint the insides.. im taken the boxes out tom morning and gonna do that .. shoould help alot.. oh .. should i vent the top of the boxes.. with holes.. so the heat wont stay in under the box. i think that might help as well.. again .. thanks for all the helpful idea's .. its getting there.. just workin out the kinks now.. i might have to think more exhaust.. but still not sure yet. i just have

12volt 120mm cpu case fan
12volt 88mm cpu fan
as my exhaust as of right now.. im thinkin if i got a more heavy duty exhaust that might help the temps inside as well.. any idea's or links to some good cheaper exhaust items would be apreciated as well..

awesome thats about what i've been lookin for .. and its def within my price range.

do you think i have enuf light per plant..
currently i have about 6850 lumens going to each plant well i would if i had optimum reflection and use from the bulbs.. so let me put it like this then. i have 6850 max lumen output.. lol for each plant.. is that enuf to bring it thru flower cycle .. i will be adding random CFL placed on the sides as they get bigger.. but for now i just want to make sure im running enuf to max out my outpuut.

ok .. i just painted the insides of the bulb boxes.. and there now vented from the top .. so the air flow will release from behind the bulbs.. hopefully it will help a bit .. my temps are steady
