I'm not bad mouthing buddha. My pack seemed to have no vigor. Possible old stock. I understand not covering third parties. Just one of those things that happen. From what I've seen in journals they are a good company. That's why I ordered.
Yes me and you both. We"ll see I'm waiting for Cannazon order to get in

No, but I also got 10x of them with my order and was wondering about them too - I'd like to know who the breeder is but it doesn't say.

Hmmm oh well, free is free I guess, hopefully mine is a stronger pheno than it sounds like yours was :P
I got the info on the afghani free beens. I emailed herbies about them and this is the replay.

The free Afghan regs are produced by Seedsman; they’re not on general release yet, hence they’re not currently listed on the site.
Please refer to the product info for Afghani #1 regs from Sensi Seeds, as the specifications are near identical.

Best wishes

Herbie

No complaints here. I've grown probably about 10 different strains from Herbie's, and they've all been quality strains. Even the auto that I recently harvested (my first) was awesome.
Cool thanks, just ordered the humboldt chemdawg so I'll set my expectations to high(pun intended)

No prob. I dont like to grow something i know nothing about.
The info on Afghani #1 from Sensi Seeds is quite minimal on Herbies' website - but on the Seedsman website there is a little more info:

Afghani #1 is a favourite of the true Indica lover. A blend of finely selected top quality Afghan cannabis varieties that are normally used for hashish production in the far East. These lovely ladies exhibit short, compact Indica qualities with wide dark green leaves. They are fast flowering producing high yields of dense compact nuggets coated with an abundant amount of thick resin. While budding Afghani #1 has a strong acrid hash-like smell and when smoked, a pungent hash flavor with a narcotic "couching" effect.

Yea they are so-pose to be ending the old afghani#1, and replacing it with this one. it says it has compact India qualities with wide dark green leaves.
I see tall stretchy, (looks like a good scrog plant,) light green short but wide leafs. Not good flower to leaf ratio. I hope it packs a punch.

yea but seedsman is only reselling the same strain that SensiSeeds did.
https://sensiseeds.com/en/cannabis-seeds/sensi-seeds/afghani-1 I know i know it dont mater, it all smokes. I just like to do a family tree so to speak on each strain i run. For me the info is almost as in-portent as the smoke. Im weird like that.

No

not the seed co. its customs plain and simple.
I agree. Although, unless they've done some changing up, the Attitude packages have/had become very easy to spot by the customs people. T-shirts, coffee cups, etc. I had to end my business with Attitude as every order, (and resend), was being seized by customs. I've used Herbies now the past 3 orders with no problems......yet!

This morning, I was notified my package was dispatched but going to be sent via standard airmail vs the tracked shipping, due to tracked orders not arriving.

First time from them so I hope everything goes well.
I don't understand why Herbies doesn't inform US customers about their seeds being sent via standard airmail, thus not allowing us the ability to track our package. That piece of information might have made me choose a different place to order from. And even though I've gotten every Herbies package that I've ever ordered from them...........When you're spending the extra bucks for track & trace, and they KNOW they're not going to send it that way......that sucks.

So we decided to give Herbie's the benefit of the doubt and placed a second trial order, electing to pay the extra for the tracked shipping, as everyone here suggested it is a necessity. This was included in the confirmation email:
"Unfortunately due to current problems with tracked mail not arriving we have sent your package by standard Airmail, this does not affect your guaranteed delivery and your package is fully insured."

I am not familiar with the naming convention for types of mail in Britain (standard Airmail?), but that sounds to me like I'm not getting tracking info now even though I paid for it. Someone please correct me if I'm not comprehending this properly.
That is exactly what that means. You pay the extra money for Track & Trace. They gladly accept and bill you for that shipping option. Then comes the email confirming that your order has been dispatched.........without the ability to track your package. Herbies KNOWS this, yet they still make you pay for that option. It sucks but, I've yet to have a Herbies order NOT make it to my delivery address. The price one pays to engage in an illegal "hobby". And just for the record.....I'm not slamming Herbies. Quite the contrary. I'll continue to order from them even without being able to track the package. I mean....After all......I've received every order from them that I've placed!

If you live in the United States, you WILL NOT receive a tracking number. If you're a U.S. citizen, the only # you'll receive is your "Order" number. That's just the way it is.........for people in the US.
