help!!!!

Any and all advice is welcome. Please help me with my girl. The problem seems to be only on a few leaves but they are getting closer to the sugar leaves

It looks ok, only worry if the new growth looks burnt.

Some of the new growth has the same pattern burns. Someone told me it could be manganese deficiancy?
