i am using a aerogarden to pop seeds and start clones to transfer in to my 10 gallon ebb flow whatever its called. Can i use my veg nutes from my hydro kit instead of the nutes that come with the aerogarden. i am a first timer so i dont know to much yet. i am getting yellow spotting on the leaf? Any help or suggestions would be sweet. thanks

there should be no difference between the hydro veg nutes you have, and the ones that came with the aero kit.

as for the yellowing, i have to refer to bigd, we need more info

ok if you have some actual hydrom nutes use those in place of the nutes that came with the AG that way you know the exact dosage you are giving........ yellowing leaves can be a sign of many things so again I recomend a picture if possible, you wont be able to tell sex until after you have started the flowering process. based on some of your questions I highly recomend that you spend some time reading the grow faq.... good luck

i have done some research the yellowing is spider mites. my uncle brought over some mother which were infested with aphids and mites. i took mothers outside . sprayed with some home depot plant bug killer. i pruned a lot of leave of the plants that are flowering (they have only been in flower stage about a 9 days ) hopefully the pruning and spray will help. i will have to watch what is in the aero to make sure that mites dont get any worse. Right. this is my first time so i expect to have some issues. tell me what you think.

neem oil is best for mites, is the only shit ive tried that gets rid of them. ive only had to use it on cuttings tho. no fully vegged plants. but it got rid of them on off the cuttings no probs. sparyed them over 9 days, once every 3 days. and a fourth just to make sure. and then wash it off the cuttings. i left it on the whole 9 days. to fry the little suckers. and then washed it off. and all was good
