After getting some good feedback here I decided to go with six inch fan.I think the best place to mount the fan would be in the wooden cabinet next to the metal cabinet (the grow box ),bye putting it in there I can mount it very securely instead of hanging it in the metal cab. In there I think the fan would make the cabinet sound like a washing machine.

If I use 250 cfm fan can I have in the wood cabinet a filter>fan, then ducting to cool tube. The idea is to have the fan pushing into the filter and at the same time pulling air from the box through the cool tube. I know nothing about fans so I am asking if there will be enough suction from the grow box.

400w light,6hx3wx2d grow box.

Will listen to all suggestions,I hope the pictures appear in post,Thanks

that set up will work but you should add a passive intake (hole) in your grow box to let air come in to replace the air you are sucking out

Thanks, I intended to drill two six inch holes in the lower part of the of the box. If you say it`ll work than I guess I can get started.
