Help with Set Up

Hi, very new to this. I am interested in building my own bubbleponics system, grow box around 30''x24''x50'' high. I plan to grow 4 plants in my homemade bubbleponics system. I figured heat would be a problem and am wondering on which light i should use for 4 plants about 2 ft tall total? If anyone could point me in the right direction on the correct light i could use for vegetative and flowering stages that would be great? Low heat and yields, number one concern and also if you could point me in the right direction on a thread to help with the building of a bubbleponics system from scratch; where to get parts, how to go about doing etc..
