Help with seedlings please idk

Hey, so my seedlings went into the dirt on the 1st, so I’m 4 weeks in and they’re only an inch or two tall... I was vegging under a 600w MH with 24 hours of light and now switched to the spider farmer 4000w led and I have it dimmed to 50%. Please help me out and I’ll pay it forward. Should this seedling stage pass soon?
For soil I just used some local stuff with 0 nitrogen. So far I’ve added cal-mag and liquid silica for nutes, just now I added Xatalyst from Earth Juice to get the nitrogen up in case that’s my issue?

maybe a combo of over watering and too strong of a light

Was only using a spray bottle, they got pretty dried up and crispy. I’ve only watered when the soil feels dry about an inch below the surface. Today I used a gallon milk jug with a hole poked in the top and watered them because they were way over dry.

I tried lux reader app on my phone and I’m not sure how accurate it was. I’ve seen people use that light really far away, but I’m not sure what dim. I have it about 24-26” away.

I’d aim for 15k lux and dial it up gradually as they grow. And keep the media moist but not wet.

Anyway at 4 weeks they look stuffed.
You should plant new ones.
Get a T5 Fluro light to get em up to 3 weeks before u put them under the big light.

Yeah its a big waste, too bad.
But these plants if they ever recover will continue to disappoint.
Try to move on.
