HELP with pest ID

arite folks, 2 weeks inti flower, northern lights, soil n cfl, weather has been rather humid and plant environment due to weather

the other day a noticed tiny flys around plant

took advantage of the trich cam n took this the closest a could make fi the net was a "Sciarid Fly"

is ther anybody can confirm this or giv any advice on solving solution??

I cant tell if it has 1 or 2 pairs of wings in the photo. If it has 1 pair, it is in the fly family (probably a gnat). 2 pair, and it is a beneficial wasp.

cheers for info folks deffo decided its a dark winged fungus gnat, found they sticky strips yi pin ti the roof n windowsill very effective at catching the airborn gnats and an extra cm of perlite on soil seems ti hav reduced any activity ther,, hopefully the population will die off
