help with drying harvest

so i live in the desert so my usual is 35% rh i was told i should hang the whole plant instead of cutting each individual branch should i cut most the leaves off or is this ok i have a fan rotating left and right on it on low settings

Just have the air moving, in the area, not on the buds. That's a really low rh, would you even need moving air? You need some moisture for the curing to take place.
I wet trim everything I'm not smoking. I'll dry my branches until I can feel a moist bud under its dried outer edges. Cut my buds off the branch into a tote and put the lid on. Fluff and air out once a day until they reach the moisture I want then jar. It's a little different than most but I can feel the moisture better,in the tote, than trying to jar first.
Just don't over dry them!

If the humidity is that low throw em in a tote to dry or something like that just monitor it :) ie check it and burp if needed

Saw a real cool pic where a guy cuts his buds throws them in 5 inch net pots and cures in a tote instaed of jars mabey you could do the same for drying just make sure they dont get too humid and mold
