Help with diagnosis

I am in the flowering stages and my bubble gum strain has some sort of defieciency on bottom leaves. Top part is nice and also it is a confirmed female. I culled the one of the Mazar/Afghan breeds today, as it was a male. Two more plants to sex. Any help will be much appreciated. I am now using a 400 watt hps system. Just gave plants their 1st full dose of Fox Farm, Tiger Bloom, and Big Bloom nutes. The plant that has defieciency had started before I gave last dose of nutes. It was in the veg stage.

So is that the first time for *any* nutes, or just the first time for "bloom" nutes? If that was the first time for nutes of any sort, then you probably just waited a little long before the first dose (those plants are pretty decent size already), and you just have a nitrogen def. which should take care of itself now. Other than that, they look great.
