Help with aeroflo 60 slow growth

This is my first time grow, I have
aeroflo 60
1/10 hp chiller
5x10 sun hut tent,
1 6" fan
2 1000 watt hortilux lights with air cooled hoods
window ac unit right outside where the tent is
I veg'd for approx 6 days, currently in my 6th week of flowering

Everything was going beautifully until a few weeks ago. I am pretty sure I had the nutes too high and the roots are either nutrient burned or I have root rot, I'm not sure which. How can I tell the difference? 2 days ago I flushed added h2o2 in rez and yesterday some hygrozyme in an attempt to repair the roots. I think it may be helping but I'm not entirely sure. The nutes seem to be going up and they are drinking almost no water and not absorbing any nutrients as far as I can tell. The plans do not look like they are dying but they appear to have stopped growing. Any suggestions on what I can do? I think the problem may have come from some organic nutrients which I probably should not have messed with. Currently I was running gh micro and bloom, hygrozyme and aquashield. A few weeks ago I added a small amount of gravity, noticed no results tried a small amount of kool bloom, noticed no results. I had examined the roots off and on and assumed they were getting darker because of gh micro stain but I know it's definitely not just nutrient stain. I know I hit them with way too much I just want to repair any damage I can and/or get them to grow bigger if possible. Any suggestions? Also I had a powder mildew problem which started several weeks ago and I have been running a sulpher burner, first about 40 mins/day then have upped it to about 2 hrs. Wondering if this could be inhibiting growth as well? I will post several photos, you can see from the pictures some of the fan leaves seem to be growing strangely like straight up and the nutrient burn on the tips is apparent.

What ppm's were you using? I try to keep it around 1600 ppm's or less in my Aeroflos. Also I use H202 every 4 or 5 days thruout the grow to avoid this sort of thing. My roots are always white, even at harvest. But you can't use H202 if your fooling aound with organics.

My ppms were around 1200 or so I think until I added the kool bloom and other stuff then it went up in the 1700-1800 range that is when I think the major nutrient burn damage happened. My roots look so sick, I don't know what to do. I don't know if I should snip them off where they are the worst or just let it be for another 2 weeks and then harvest. I have been flushing for about 2 days and I don't know if tomorrow I should add nutes or not in a small amount. Right now my ppm is about 500-600 range, mostly just from the hygrozyme and the small amount left at the bottom of the rez. Would you recommend i add aquashield or wait? And I have noticed my ppm rising slightly so I'm guessing that means the plants are not using anything. It doesn't seem like they are drinking much at all either.

I would flush your res completely, replace with fresh water, then use the Hygrozyme in the amount indicated on the bottle, not over. Don't know what aquashield is;never used it. No more nutes until this is straightened out, for good or for bad. You can also use H202 in small amounts with the Hygrozyme every 4 or 5 days as they are compatible.
When you harvest, clean your res thoroughly, then run 4 cups of H202
(along with a full res of clean water) for 24 hrs. Replace with fresh water when you start your next grow.
I don't like Koolbloom, I use Big Bud and Overdrive instead. Good luck.
