Help with a DWC Set up 40+ Plants

Whats up guys? So I am making the jump from soil to DWC. I have a large garden that I top and supercrop. Basically my schedule now I crop 4 plants every week. But Soil is getting expensive and I hate going to the hydro shop twice a week for shit. Anyways What I am thinking of doing is changing the schedule to 8 plants every 2 weeks and buy 8 of The original DWC Hydroponic System (6 for flower and 2 for veg, I am using an aroponic 24 site for my clones) . It is an 8 site 20"x24"x8.5" DWC system. So I guess my question is will a AK-47 or Skunk 1 be to large say in week 8 or 9 for that DWC system? And if so does any one have a good alternative idea? I am at a loss and want to get my little project on the roll!

just increase your surface area like scrog or vertical wall with waterfall method. If you have the area run 8 coolers or ice chests, initial set up is gonna be about 600 bucks, but you will never need anything other than water and nutes again... think about it.

Right on man, so I decided to go DIY with the whole set up... Cheaper and more custom for my needs. I am having a hell of a time figuring out how to properly chill the reservoir water. Here is my thought..... I will have 6 large containers with 8 sites on each for flower and 2 for veg. The solution in each reservoir will be different and needs to be chilled individually (Each container will be a 2 week cycle water/Nutes). So what I would like to do is create a closed system to recirculate and cool each container. and I would like to do this with out buying a $400 chiller for each container. Is there a good way to bring all 8 lines to one central location chill them and move the solution back to the reservoir at a chilled temp?
 
if you're doing 8 buckets im assuming you're using some serious light. cooling is easy. get air-cooled hoods and link them all together pulling all air through with a Vortex. 6" minimum for your setup

Hey man thanks for the info. I am running 4 1000 hps and 1 1000 MH all air cooled hoods, veg room sits ambient at 72-76 and flower sits right at 79-81. The hot air from the hoods is vented into another room in the basement and the actual air in the grow rooms is vented to the outside. What I have came up with it a closed system that uses a chiller and radiator type system. What will happen is from my chiller I will run lines to each reservoir, inside the Res I will have a copper tube set up just like a radiator, then back to the chiller. What I am thinking is the chilled water running through the copper will heat up in the reservoir (pulling heat from the RES Water) and move back to the chiller cool back down and repeat all day long. My only concern is that even tough I am running chilled water it wont be enough to change the water temp in the RES?

Any thoughts?
