Help! Which Kit?

Hey all, first time grower here, and still trying to read every thread possible to keep learning lol. I'v looked around on the web alot, and have came to a conclusion that this New V3: Economy Grow Box - Beginner Cultivation Growing Chamber w/ 400w HPS w/ Reflector, & 3-9 Plant DWC Hydroponic System I like the fact its stealth, but my question was size, how much would i be able to yield? Im wanting something that i can get a few O's out of. So i was thinking that or the mini fridge.

Im total begginer at growing but for the price of those id buy a grow tent and everything else you need, thats some pricy shit.
