Help whats wrong with my cannanbis plant

Hi guys its my first time growing and coco and I noticed some bugs a few days ago flying over my plants so I thought it was fungus nats so I got sticky pads and some spray and all natural pesticide to get rid of them there basically gone but now I am getting some weird coloring on my leaves and some bit/cut marks on some of my plants and I swear these thing are biting me too everytime I go in there

looks like calcium def too me, rusty spots
check the under side of the leaves with a loupe for bugs/eggs
also back off the nutes a touch

Might be a caterpillar eating them. Look under leaves and check branches. I had one on my little outdoor plants the other week. Tiny green thing munching away. Barely noticed it until it moved.
