What they said. There maybe some bits to salvage but if the whole plant looks like that it may be too much risk for too little reward.

And make sure you cut out every speck of mold before you hang it.

Aha. I overlooked the obvious. Didn't realize it was hanging. I saw all the dead fan leaves and went with that. I don't dry my stuff like that so I would say you need far more airflow. Trimming up your stuff before hanging it could help you out a bunch too.

Theres an old trick to help prevent this by clipping a chunk out of your larger buds while they are still flowering to allow decent air flow through them. Also having good air circulation going on those buds near the end
And try a growroom air filter ... simply put an inline fan connected to a charcoal exhaust filter in the corner or center of your room. Suck the air through the charcoal filter using the inline fan and allow the fan to blow the filtered air up and into your growroom. This filters molds, dusts etc. out of your growroom. Why more people arent doing this? Im not sure. You can literally do this at the expense of an extra 60 watts of power. Much better than what youre experiencing here.

I'm all about filtered intake and a slight positive pressure to keep pests out but the mold spores are pretty much always present. The trick is making sure that they don't have the right conditions to germinate.

Proper humidity, temps, air flow, healthy watering practices and air filtration have always helped in our growroom.
Have been blessed to have this happen to a much lesser degree only twice in 18 years. Tried the bud clipping technique in an emergency situation once and it worked.
However much prefer keeping the temps, humidity, watering and air flow/filter dialed in properly.
That Really works!
Should probably add filtered intake is absolutely important yes. The air filter in the growroom is just an added precautionary measure.
