Here is an update. They are doing a lot better but dealing with calcium deficiency now. But all in all they seem to have learned what growing is.

When cuttings are taken from a stunted plant,
In the end of the grow can those cuttings/clones turn out worthy enough as in
turning out much bigger then the stunted mom/donor?

Fandango I just transplanted and they are white as can be. I water every 2 to 3 days using a moisture meter.
Don geno my ph is right at 5.9 6.
They are just really stunted due to being a noob and using a uvb bulb at seeding stage. I'm going to switch to flower on about 3 days just to see what I get.

I have used nutes 3 times due to having to flush from nutes burn. I am using Fox farm grow big at this point in time. I have a 400 watt hps about 19" away. What am I doing wrong?. Great airflow with an oscillating fan. And a 6 inch can fan creating negative pressure at almost 400 cfm replacing air every minute or two. Heat stays between 75 and 82. RH is 45 to 65. I am soo dumbfounded. They look healthy just short. I am also using 40% perlite and 60% happy frog soil in 3 gallon planters.

It's overwatering. The droop is from the cells being overly laden with moisture. Also, number 1 looks like you might be pouring water into it too fast, hinders roots at the upper soil, the perlite build up on the top of the soil of that pot is why I say this, it's also the smallest which may be a sign it's had more root trouble than the others. I had the same issue my first grow. The space from soil to top of pot isn't helping either, that area gets less air flow, causing higher humidity and makes the plants even more susceptible to moisture stress.

It is gnat nix at the top of the soil not perlite, I have been pretty much waiting until they're really dry to avoid over watering....
