Help pls! Light just doesn't work...

Hey guys!
I ordered some cobs at cutters a few months ago and had time this afternoon to finally put ut together.
I just finished and plug it in. But NOTHING.
I saw litte blue spark at first but that was the first one. Nothing is smoking nothing is getting hot.
I HAVE NO FREAKING IDEA WHATS UP

I did the frame and after that i put the heatsinks with cob on it.
Then i started wiring and went from negative to positive all over!

Did you put the negative wire from the driver to the positive on the first cob? Negative from the driver goes to negative on the first cob, then it goes from the positive to the negative on the next cob.

Can you post a pic showing the wiring from a couple of angles? I've built two light panels from Cutter with no problems, and could maybe compare your pics to my built lights. Maybe you didn't seat the cobs right or maybe reversed the positive/negative (I mark positive red and negative black with sharpies)? Take a pic of the driver wiring too.
