that sounds great, good setup, nice roots on the seedlings, but keep a 400w hps 18" above the seedling or 2ft above if your using a 600w

as the hps will make the inside of the propagator very hot, may be a good ideal to add a fan to blow cool air over the propagator

nice soil mix, does the bag of soil say what the ph level is ?

Once you have watered them feel the weight of the pot, should feel heavy. Leave to dry out for 3 or 4 days maybe more and feel the weight again. Easiest way to kill them is with over watering so take it easy and dont give it any nutes yet. Happy growing.

did you bury the seedling's so the top of the seed is level with the soil ?
I would give them a good spray, so the top 3rd of the soil is soaked, soaking the hole pot will take a lot longer to dry out and you increase the chances of getting root rot again
if your tap water is good, i would just use that because it has trace nutes in the plants will need

wait 2-3 days before watering again, when the top soil dry do it again soak 1/3 of the top soil again

Id leave the lid on the propergator for a few days seedlings need high humidity. Take it easy with the fan u dont want wind burn.

you have a good mix in the peat pots so i would wait till the roots grow thought the sides and pot up into the 3 gal pots
i be very nervous waiting that long .... id be afraid they fall apart.... but i will.... i have learned a lot for the last disaster... thank u.... i replaced the lid..... all 3 have cast the shell... leaves just starting to open.... 400w hps is 18 inchs from plant... temp is 24c hum is 45%

thats great, if there room in the propagator put temp/humidty meter in there, the temp will be higher than the room temp and the humidty could be 80- 90%
I would lift one corner 1/2" use a lighter of something to drop the humidty down to 60-70% would give you great results
