HELP me. What can do to quelch munchies?
You have 2 choices:

1. Quit smoking.

or

2. Open a large can of salted cashews and enjoy.

I suggest #2.

But seriously, I know of no way to combat marijuana munchies. If there was a sure-fire cure, it would have been marketed by now.

Hummus is good! The ranch is suppose to be a temporary crutch lol!
i snack a lot now since pregnancy so i try to keep it really healthy.

what i do is prep snacks ahead of time
so when i go to the store and buy veggies i have long rectangle tupper wear (like per serving) that has a separate compartment
i cut up all my veggies and put them in several containers sometimes i run out and use ziplock baggies
add hummus or whatever dip i want.

than i also bake goods and have 1 a day or 1 every other day when i want something sweet like a treat , since i make it i can control whats in it and not use processed sugars or bleached flours
this week i have blueberry oatmeal squares.
last week was brown sugar muffins
week before that was banana bread
banana oatmeal cookies

i also make my own granola bars out of dates, chia seeds, hemp hearts, cranberries and seeds
and apple cinnamon almond butter oatmeal bites

i also snack of fresh fruit, if its watermelons or such i cut them up just like the veggies so its easy grab and go

for ice cream i make a banana" ice cream" which isnt ice cream at all, chop up bananas lay flat on parchment paper in a baking tray freeze, add to food processor and processed until smooth like ice cream add to freezer again

hope this helps if you want recipes to the stuff let me know ^_^

Thanks, The bananas don't turn black as long as they stay cold? Did you add cream?

I should make something I already buy it and make it healthier. bars: Granola, oats, honey, cranberry, or blue berry, cashews and m&ms.

My only "appetite suppressant" is Crystalized Ginger, it also helps nausea and is good for many different things in our bodies.
( yes it is covered in cane sugar but you can wipe it off)
I buy C.G. by the lb online, Amazon has lots of brands.

I do what Sunni does for snacks, mostly.
( I also eat all of the bad stuff, I love chocolate and donhuts and ice cream.)
Portion control and healthy options for a good balance.

Frozen Banana slices are the Bomb!
put some plastic wrap on a plate if you can't fit a cookie sheet w wax paper in your freezer.
They will be Loved by all.

Fruit in General is a great healthy snack.

Nuts!
I love nuts and I eat them every night.

Pickles!
other than a high sodium content they are a great snack.
Most notable is they are a good healthy snack for people with diabetes.

Cut Veggies and A low cal dressing or Hummus.

Everything I bake gets me high, cookies, banana bread, brownies.

Bless,
DZ
