What is your PH of the water before going into the soil? It looks to me like this:
Wrong PH, causing nutrient lockup.
Nutrient lockup causing nutrient burn, and also nutrient deficiencies. PH needs to be 6.2 - 6.9 before going in the soil. Get up on it with a flush of water at 6.5 PH if you want any chance at saving them.

i dont have ph meter... can u tell me how to normalise the ph is boiled water good for flushing[/QUOTE

A PH meter is one of the most essential tools outside of soil/light. Water is the most essential tool in growing, and if you don't have good water, you will get death from your plants. Without a PH meter this problem will never be corrected. What happens is when you use tap water, the PH is around 7-8. Adding nutes lowers it. If you add about 3 tablespoons of bloom nutes, it will drop to around 5, and this will lockout the nutrients and nuke your plants like that. Boiling the water wil distill it, and will be good for it, but it wont fix the PH problem, the only way to do that is to use a meter. Stop all nutes, just use boiled water and molasses, until you get a meter.

I hope you dont mean the soil PH tester from Lowes/Home Depot/Menards. That is only for soil and doesn't work for water. I had to get my PH meter from ebay for 30 bucks. That's about the cheapest you can get.

Whatare your temps and how often do you water looks like it could be a few things might wanna consider techna floras recipe for succes an easy nutrient package virtually no hassel makes them green as can be only thirty bucks

As for ph doesn't seeem like a lock out I would be more worried about tempature and nutrients defencies maybe even root mass at this point make sure all the standards are good
