First off rip those leaves off man your plant will try to waste energy repairing them and it wont ever be able to 2nd tell me more about your water ph all that whats your run off

Just in case, check for mites. The leaves on the second pic seem to have some black dots on it. It's not close enough to tell, but spider mites leave traces that looks like little black tar spots.

Too much info missing here to know for sure. Like what you're growing in and what you've been feeding it. First mistake was, if it really is a deficiency, rather than a lockout, then flushing the medium only depleted it more. Second...a deficiency or toxicity of an element isn't remedied by pulling the leaves off! It's not a virus of sorts that will stop spreading if removed:) It actually hurts the plant even more if you take them off as it's already missing food, and you're removing whatever energy the affected leaves have left in them..thus forcing the plant to start taking food from another leaf.

The soil I'm using is cheap stuff from wilkos nd nutes are hydro coco. What should ppm be in soil runoff before a flush?
And now that u mention it I have seen a couple red dots on a leaf, I thought it was off to the deficiency I'm still new to this.

I have had this problem before using reverse osmosis water. If your water is very pure... like below 15 ppm's you should add calcium magnesium back to your water with a supplement such as Cal- Mag. High-density LEDs HD can also magnetize that affect if your water is deficient from minerals.

The ppm for my tap water is 70 is that low
That would be considered on the lower side for sure for tap water. Mine is on average around 150, and i believe it's the cleanest for a major city in north america. Still a bit too much sodium in it though.
