Okay, I have new rooted clones and the leaves look like there is a deficiency. Looks like a Mag deficiency, is it possible on new clones?

And the pther problems are these flies. I have 100's of little tiny bugs that require a magnifying glass (sort of). I saw a tiny piece of perlite move and I got a magnifying glass and saw a swarm of them little critters. I tried getting a photo but they move deeper into the soil before I get the photo.
On top of those I have flies. Maybe fungus gnats? Look more like a common house fly, but they too are just under the surface of the soil (probably laying eggs).
None of the tiny bugs are on my leaves, all in the soil (Roots Organics). But my leaves on the Mother which I moved into flower last week. I have tied her down as it is a 4 foot mother G13 Haze and am hoping she doesn't go through the roof.
Any ideas what these problems might be?

Your plants are Potassium deficient. Clones should start receiving weak nutrients as soon as they are rooted. Transplanting from the cloning medium into fertile soil usually takes care of this.

Kill the bugs you can swat and don't worry about the few that get away. Some areas have alot of gnats certain times each year.

i disagree about k def.If clone just rooted its highly unlikely it has a k def. Looks to be a ph problem, probably started during cloning and is continuing now.
Asfor bugs i agree, flying gnats wont hurt plants and the crawling ones in perlite are the babies ,common house fly is feeding on crawling gnats(they lay their maggots in rotting garbage ,shit etc,so dont swat him. They get worse in warmer times of year.
