Help for a newbie

so i setup a grow box, Cardboard box with tin foil inside... one fan in bottom right corner then one exust fan in top left corner, will this work? im planning on using 2 60 watt cfls for 1 plant?

I have the light bulbs i just dont know where to get those small lamps to stick in there! i need help on where/how to get em.

:-)
get rid of the reynolds wrap and use mylar. regular aluminum dosent reflect in the way you need the light to go, mylar is "cleaner" and is lighter weight.
