HELP!Did Not Come With Instructions New Ebb-1/Ebb&Grow Hydroponics system

i bought a new Ebb-1/Ebb&Grow Hydroponics system and it came with no instructions we have connected the best way we could the buckets are not filling up the same and some are over filling and i have 12 bucket system one was broke so we hooked up the other the 11 that are good one row of 3 one row 4 and 2 rows of 2 and and 4 hoses going into the controller bucket anyone have any directions on how to put this together right
