Superb looking flowers you have there. I've been cruising the forums this morning and your grow has some of the most beautiful flower clusters I've seen so far. Good job and as the other fellas already said, green leaves = not done. Your plant is still producing chlorophyll, which means it has not reached the point of chop chop yet.

Thanks for the comments
The point at which the plant ceases to grow and focuses all of it's energy into fruit production is dependent upon the strain. Some tropical sativa's will flower for 9-12 weeks whereas many hybrids or pure indica strains may flower for 7-8 weeks.

Generally the ripening process is the final 2-2 1/2 weeks of the plants life for cannabis plants. That is the point when the plant's metabolism is slowing and all of it's energy is focused on the fruit as opposed to growing new branches and producing more chlorophyll for new foliage and so forth. Sit back and enjoy the sparkle show :)

i dont want to pull it to early and i don't want to pull to late lol
Not knowing exactly how many days it has been flowering makes it a bit more difficult to zero in on the sweet window of opportunity, but we can work with that.

It simply needs more time. Stop listening to us and start listening to your plants in regards to when it's done. One thing you can do which I do regularly is chop off a bud or two and let them dry for a few days and see how the smoke / buzz is. If it's good and where you want it, chop it down. If not, then wait. Very simple method.

I just did that with some THC bomb plants I have at day 60 of flower and I decided to let them ripen another week. Not that I wasn't stoned to the bone, but I feel the aroma and thc content will improve dramatically by giving the plants more time to ripen. You wouldn't eat an unripe green banana would you? I like mine yellow and ripe for consumption and the cannabis plant and it's fruit is no different.
