New grower, just looking into getting started with LED lighting and recommendations on suitable stains for the milder climate.

I suggest starting with a auto flower strain. They’re short and fast growers and good practice until you get good at it. Make sure you get a LED that’s good for veg AND FLOWER! I made the rookie mistake on my first light. I didn’t figure out that it was for seedlings & veg ONLY until it got to where it should be flowering. Lesson learned!
