I just wanted to say thx to all the people on here with good advice. I have read a lot of useful stuff on here in the last year or so. Ok OK I know what are u growing with J. Right now I have 1 300 watt Apollo LED light with 4 cfl’s (6500 I believe) in my veg room. In my Flower room I have a 600 watt HPS and 1 90 watt Apollo in there for color ( had 2 300 watt LED in there GO HPS ) Hopeful some pictures to come soon. Getting back to my question I have been growing a Strain Hunter Money Maker seed I have cloned this plant a few times (had multiple mothers from it) Always with good luck and always female plants. My harvest in February has been dried and curing in jars that I have been burping. NOW THE PROBLEM I have started to find seeds in my buds WTF has happened!!! I have not introduced any new plants to my area. I use to veg under a homemade light that ran 10 CFL in a 4 ft room and never had any problems . ANY HELP will the appreciated and thx again for all the great reads no idea where I would be without Rollitup

There must have been a pollen sac or that either was on your plant... Or on another plant somewhere else that made it to your room sometime.

A hermie. Could be caused by stress like light leaks and such. some strains like to spit out a few bananas is late flower regardless.

Thanks Mr. Goodtimes I was wondering about a possible light leak somewhere. There is one place I am a little worried about but if any light is getting thru it is a very small amount.

You're welcome. Yeah a little light could do it.

I like to sit in my room with the lights off for a little while and wait for them to adjust, then look for leaks. Reflective duct tape works great for patching them :peace:

Do you think the seeds I have found would be wise to keep . There have only been like 3 out of maybe a 1/2 oz so far. I figured the odds are the would be male. I just figured maybe just drop them along the bank this summer at one of my favorite fishing holes and just let nature have at it.

Could, be female, could be hermie. I have seeds that came from a friend of mines hermie grow from back in the day... I still haven't tried to sprout them, but I like your fishing hole idea. I might do that :bigjoint:

I like to use solid genetics for my grows so I don't waste a bunch of time and money on something that may or may not be worth it. If I had more space I might try it out tho. I don't think they would be male since no male was genetically responsible... But I dunno really, just guessing

Defo keep them. I got given over 100 seed from a friends Armageddon grow that self pollinated. Out of every 20 I germinated I got roughly 15 females which I narrowed down to the most healthy 8-10 plants, They were absolute beauties.

The original beens were from Home Grown Fantaseeds if my memory is correct.
I guess a good starting stock helps.

I got these off sum guys I know who have just started out in the world of genetics.

They invited me out to last years Cannabis Cup but I could make it due to other commitments.
I've yet to try any of the beens, but I did get to try some of the bud and it was very different to what I was expecting. It had a very pungent sharp smell and the taste was exactly the same.

Peace.

That's good to know! I guess I'll be sprouting some of these beauties I've been holding onto since 2008 :bigjoint:

Any of those turn hermie?

Not exactly but HGFS Armageddon Fem Seeds do tend to kick out a couple of pollen sacks in the buds as you hit week 9 flowering.
Some strains do.

I did find just three seeds in the entire crop which is pretty normal in my book.

I got rid of all the 100% males as soon as I saw a pollen sack forming. Kinda wishing I had saved 1 of the males pollen in a bag so I could of crossed sum strains, I know better now!!.
