Heatsink mounting

Hey guys, need advice... How to mount two heatsinks together? In the middle will be one extra PC heatsink.
Look at side for fins.. air movement?

Maybe just not cover all fins or like this?

Mine is butted up against the heatsink without the cuts in the bar and it's fine, no difference in temp and I can feel the air being pushed up at the end. If you don't want to cover the fins with the bars in the center you can either run the angle aluminum perpendicular to the heatsinks and cradle it that way, or cut off two pieces and bolt each one to the interior of the heatsinks and then run your angle across the center.

The first option is easier and allows for you to move and/or add more. The second option is more permanent as you have to bolt two pieces to the heatsinks and you won't be able to readily add more in the future.

This is not for driver. It's for CPU heatsink with COB. I will have 7 COBs, 3 on each heatsink plus one in the middle on own driver. Thank you @RandomHero8913!!
What about at sides... closed fins? Any better option for airflow?

I use a PC fan on each of mine. I used the 5.886" from HeatsinkUSA with 140mm fans attached to them and it works out well. The fan does not completely cover the heatsink, the fan tips end half way across the last channel on each side. There is still air being pushed down those channels though so it works out just fine and more importantly the cheapest 150mm case fan on newegg is $47.00.

Have fun. I have a very similar setup as yours the only difference is instead of a cob in the center I ran strips of mono's across the center. No reason for them in particular I just wanted to try tinker. So if you have any questions ask away

Any difference between them?
I look for dimmable driver to power 6x Citizen 1212 at 1.05A. I know A has build in potentiometer.
This are my options...

Where to find cheap 240W driver in EU WITHOUT VAT? I want for personal use, not company. They're killing me with VAT number.
TME hasn't stock...
