Heat sink Calculations

Hi all! I'm wondering how I can figure out how much heat sink I need for my build. I plan on running two Vero 29 gen "c"'s @ 1750mA. I've been googling around for the last 2 days and I cannot seem to figure out how I calculate how much heat sink I need. I watched the Growmau5 DIY build where he talks about heatsink but I still can not make any sense of it.

Ideally the heat sink would be passive but driving those cobs that hard is going to be a challenge. I'm thinking I'll have to go active but I'd love if the heat sink would also work(not as well) passively in the case of a fan crapping out.

I've found some heat sinks that seem like a perfect fit made by a company called Cooliance, but I can't find a single place online that sells them. Anyone know how to buy Cooliance heat sinks?

That's about 90 watts per COB, this guy should do it https://northerngrowlights.com/collections/all/products/sst-x-passive-heatsink-1. You'll need one heatsink per COB.

Good call, I knew one of them lurked on here but I was unsure of who.

I also have the new Vero 29 SE's which I think are slightly bigger then normal 29's...So I also wonder if they will fit on that heat sink as well.

Is there a way to know how many watts a heat sink will dissipate? Looking around I see heat sinks like http://www.led-heatsink.com/seepricesandbuy.php?cateid=351 but I have absolutely no Idea how to correlate that information to how much heat the cobs will generate.

Damn! I don't think I can wait a whole month haha. I originally planned to germinate on Dec 15th(my state went legal)

That claims up to 95w which is a little below what I want but I'm going to have a high power fan aimed right at the heat sinks so they will have tons of air flow over them. I also could attach a computer fan but I don't think it will require that.
