Ok so let's discuss why you think trim shouldn't be used for concentrates? Are the cannibinoids inferior to those found on the buds or are they just in lower concentrations? Forget lp's fuck them. None of us use them anyways so why bother discussing them. Do you just throw out your trim? Vape it? I don't get why patients who grow shouldn't use the whole plant and try to get every cannibinoid from the plant they can.
We don't use them. None of their cannibinoids are going into my body. With any luck hc won't limit them to solvent less extracts and a few lp's will burn to the ground while producing concentrates.
Any LP can afford the proper gear. Any incidents would most likely be operator error...that operator most likely paid minimum wage and never properly shown how to use that gear...careful what you wish for..
Oh they will be using only the best closed loop systems but as you point out its going to be operated by someone making $12 a hour so going booom isn't out of the realm of possibility.

Yeah that's me. Bm is so inconsistent. Lots of mids around but high quality medical grade bud is fucking rare and expensive if you can find it locally. Compassion clubs are hit or miss. Without being able to see and smell the meds you have nothing con rest to go on. I've gotten great bud for $125a oz from one of the 15ish cc's I've tried but now that place seems to be closed. Website down no one answering phone number and even the email address is no longer running. I've now tried meds that friends have ordered from tillray, tweed and broken coast. None were amazing and all were several times more expensive then what you'd find in the bm. Scoc said hc must make reasonable access to mmj. None of this fucking shit is reasonable!
