You are the one claiming that piece of paper is valid, not me. It is up to you to prove that it is.
The piece of paper I have from HC with ACMPR on it is valid and confirmed legit with our regional constabulary. I went and checked just to make sure (plus we are friendly out in these parts) plus the piece of mind is invaluable.
Maybe you should do the same with your piece of paper, you know, just so that it will make you feel better.

I don't need to ask a cop to have piece of mind - I just posted the ruling from Judge Phelan...if you have a problem understanding facts, go wave your complaint in his face and post the you tube video. I deal with the RCMP regularly as part of my job and we get along great. I live on an island with 4000 people and 4 cops...we're pretty friendly in these parts too. I always have a bag in my pocket and smell of weed...I have a paper in my wallet that allows that. If the cops ask, I'll show them but frankly they don't care. Not sure where you're living, but having a bag of weed in these parts is expected. The only way you get a possession charge here is if you're an asshole.
