Hi friend. 75 people checked out your post and nobody has anything to say, seems like we have a lot of people who share your concern.

I wouldnt advise using drugs to deal with emotions. I would advise putting on your strong boots, buckle up that belt and just face it head on. I am not being funny at you by the way.

Forgiveness is something many people overlook and often discredit, if someone has hurt you in some way, the only way to fully recover is to have forgiveness.

If you lost a loved one, maybe you have some letting go to do.

Sometimes all you need is someone who loves you to talk to who will not judge you for your worries or struggles, it just takes being strong to bring it up and initiate the healing.

But when it comes to drugs, it is hard for a stoner or person who isnt you to tell you how a chemical drug will make you react when confronting things that bring about stress and anxiety.

I would recommend asking God for strength, but I am just a stupid christian ;)

Good luck!

If you willing to Re-experience the repressed stuff The best i found was meditating, it can be very traumatic and make it worse, but also worthwhile, drugs only cover up.
Shamanism's a way of life go see one, it's not really to play with. ..... but they do use fun drug's.
The Inner Guide meditation sounds like it'l be really good for you, cant remember who wrote it but borrow/find/download a copy if you can.
hope your success is good
Enjoy be happy

One time I got baked and started talking to myself. Like a really long deep discussion of re evalutating my life and my whole perspective on everything about the world. After a while on my spiritual journey I came back from this trip inside the mind with a whole new outlook on life.

I used to use weed to cope and attempt to inhale your happiness and smoke your problems away, but together with guided thinking and meditation, I found that weed really did help myself solve my problems on my own. It allowed me to cope with my stress better,

Definitely can't be a palliative. To get results you gotta want them. Don't just get high to be high, really embrace your heightened mindfulness. Activating the torpid sensibilities will increase your emotional awareness.

my friend suffers from meth related depression. this form of depression does not respond well to anti depressants or ECT but a little SSH seems to help her feel better and talk about what she is feeling. unfortunately nevada does not currently recognize depression, ptsd or other mental illnesses as qualifying conditions for their mmj program.
