Head / Full Body High?

I know it's different for everyone, but what would you say the best strain is for a head high? Best strain for full body / couch lock high?

sativa will give you a head hi..if your into the couch-lock thing then indica...most like a bit of both worlds,so smoke some that has both qualities...

Harvesting your plants at different times works too. The more amber the tric's, the more (body) couch lock the stone is.
