Aloha, I am interested in Hawaii Island referendum about the lowest priority for enforcement action. I recall voting on this some years back.
Is there still a less than 25 plants threshold here? Is the Department's attitude relaxed or adversarial? I have heard that GH is still flying. I thought there was a bill passed to disallow acceptance of Federal funding for this in the county. Any recent news?
