Has anyone successfully insulated their grow and have pics?

Im just curious... ive seen many pics of plant but not many of insulated grow rooms, surely this has gotta be a major priority??? Someone advised me to use R13 insulation which im trying to source right now in the uk... I was gonna buy a few grow tents but now im toying with the idea of building my own from scratch using beams of wood and black and white poly and insulatiing the whole goddam thing...

Just wondering if anyone can share their knowledge thanks.

i'm doing that right now, built a grow chamber 'enclosure', used some 1 x 2 inch wood for structure - sheaved in 3/8 inch sheet rock
insulation will be added as temps go down, going to use the foil type insulation

i don't have the wrapper, and can't remember the brand name
it has a outer foil layer and inner plastic layer, very thin, about a 1/4 inch thick
think it's about r12, if memory serves
