Hye everybody, slightly off topic, but I grow an AK-47 that regularly tests at 10% THC and 8% CBD. This particular ratio is most helpful for treating chronic pain, I find having a tad bit more THC is more effective.
But what I am getting at is I really want to share this lady with anyone who wants her, I did seed her last round with an unknown male, but all genetics going in are stable. I would guess 1 in 4 of 1/6 seeds germed would be cbd significant. Clones are the best to go still, if you folks live in New Mexico come and get it, or PM me.

Thanks for the pics homebrew. I spoke with Greenwerks yesterday about growing the r4 and what they thought of it for an outside plant. They told me they had done a lot of testing from different places on the plant etc and definitely found that the branches that did not get the same amount of light had much lower cbd content. Even buds that were shaded by fan leaves tested lower cbd. I thought that was interesting and I would pass along the info.

Thanks@mountaingirl2! That good info. Also one can I crease the ratio of cbd:thc by harvesting early. That's what test seem to show.

I don't blame you for being bummed Bubba. But stay on it because the guys from Greenwerks up here in Glenwood are stand up guys and don't think they are intentionally screwing people. I think they stopped selling and giving away seeds because they were having so many germination problems. I hope you get it. Keep us posted. If I can get a cutting I will let you know and definitely get one to you.

Thanks man. Very nice looking gal. The structure looks pretty similar to Tora Bora. She's done and going in the dark tonight, but she didn't take to the scrog so I should be able to cut her free. If I can I'll post a pic to show what I mean. Here's a pic of the lower buds. Very resinous, I'll be having some tested in about a month. I'm hoping you get the real low THC / high CBD cut everyone's after. Greenwerkz reports that some folks did have success with the seeds.....

I can get a better shot tomorrow. It has faded in intensity since flower. But was mild to moderate. Purely cosmetic anyway.Peace

The R4 was harvested last week...
Won't be getting her lab-tested, but a smoke-test reveals:
-the effect is VERY similar to Greenwerkz r4
-It smells and tastes the exact same
-It is high cbd / low thc.
Looking forward to hearing about anyone else with r4 grows/seeds... would be great to gather more information.

Looks dismal. Mine too. As for variegation it faded considerably into flower. Small flowers for us. Interesting aroma, subtle and exotic.@multipass, great handle! Where did you acquire the R4 and in what capacity? We were given 3 cuts from seed and tossed 2 because of bad intersex expression. Thanks for an update. Chopping sun, should have her tested in the next month.Peace

Nice, Also on this note...
I've seen Rick Simpson oil R4 syringes at healinghouse. The tender said that they grow their own R4.
