Has anyone grown Jacky White by paradise? How did it take to topping?

My biggest question because the genetics are unknown is do you top this because it says 75% stativa or were yields better just letting it grow? Thanks

I've grown out a few of them this is the first one I topped. Without topping it had the basic large cola shape with decent side branching. Out of 3 one had an amazing grapefruit taste and smell but all have a pretty good balanced high.

Sweet. What was the yield like? Did it finish in 9 weeks? Was thinking of LSTing it just before just b4 the switch.

topping hasn't proved beneficial for me. I have always yeilded better when the plant has been left alone. When you think about it, while the two brances below the cut do end up at the top.. they would have been very close to the top anyway, with topping, your just removing a very productive part of the plant. I think bending over the main stem to create the bush effect is better, you still have the other branches getting good light, as well as the main cola

I agree if you top without training the new shoots or if you flip too soon after but with most sativa dom strains I find it helps. I think they varied alittle but finished in 8-10 weeks. I do some LST when I have the time.
