if you live in the right place you can even grow hash plant autos outdoors during mid winter (greenhouse helps)
I say hash plant because the light cycle is too short to produce much bud (without supplemental lighting)
Has anyone grown bubblicious and dark devil outdoors?

where we live if you want bud then September (without a greenhouse)
only december thru mid feb are cold enough for me to stop growing outdoors.
if you only have 1-5 plants you could just bring them out during the day and in during the night for improved yield. the night time is really tough on a plant in winter and about the only risk associated with fall and winter growing is freezing which will occur in the very early morning so if there indoors at night you dont have any worries.
