Harvesting/Cure

I have read many if the tutorials but, am still a bit confused. So, you

- Cut branches/trim and hang upside down in a dark ventilated area. Leave them hanging until the outside get dry but, not the stems.

- Manicure and place in mason jars. Leave lid on for 12 hours then off for 4 hours until you reach your preference.

Is this good? I have seen some tutorials mention placing into paper bags but, would burping the jars thoroughly let me skip that?

For years I cured my plants in paper bags even roll up newspapers and stab the fuck outta them with a knife or small screw driver, t improve venting, now I'm using the jars.

Once you have harvested your plant, cut the branches into 12-18 inch lengths and hang on your line, keep a temp gauge close and maintain 65f/22c ? for 10 days, important is the Rh or humidity ...you don't wanna dry them too quick for a harsh toke, nore do you want the humidity too high as that will encourage molds, about 45-65% is right, I leave a small fan in there too ...with great results, after 10 days or so(toke test first) clip the buds off(manicure) and store to your jars or newspaper rolls.

Just whatever you do, cut the fresh canna first to length, avoid doing this once the plant is semi dry as it is a real bummer hanging limp plants!
