Harvested, then new plant popped up?

i harvested my afghan kush auto Monday afternoon, then when I got home Tuesday night I wanted check out the root structure so I was gonna pull it out of the pot, but just as I was about to pull I noticed a little plant about 1 inch about the soil. It was not there when I harvested. Anyone ever heard of this? It wasn't in the center like the plant I just cut, rather all the way to the edge of the pot. I only had 2 seeds when I did this grow, no way a 3rd got in, and not to mention they were planted on Halloween

Pic posted, u can see where I cut the other, could I have a hermie and it dropped a seed?
I suppose it's possible, but if your hermie pollinated you'd be hard pressed to only get one seed.
It definitely looks like a cannabis plant..
No other plants around? R u indoor or outdoor?

So what don't think about it, the plant was a afghan Ryder kush auto, will this be a feminized auto also, i figured I would let it grow
Yes Let it grow!! If a hermie pollinated itself thats a feminized seed! Could be a hermie itself though, so watch her closely!
A few years ago I had 2 seedlings sprout randomly right out of our fire pit!!
Named it the Phoenix and that Shit was fire lol!

It's in the same soil, i figured I would transplant it to a new pot and soil and let her grow. I don't know if u can tell from the pic but the leaves turned up toward the light, when I first noticed it they were just normal, but it was also about 3ft away from my t5. I have it about 5 inches from some CFLs, is that Turning up of the leaves ok or u think to much heat or light

Did you buy a powerball ticket? You seem pretty lucky.

In nature, most dropped seeds die. A minority lives and continues on the strain. If you had one seed drop and sprout, your pretty damn lucky.

You plan on making a journal?

Lol no I hadn't planned on a journal. But my plant did turn hermie. I had it sitting in a clear tub and when I moved it today I found another seed sitting on it. So I looked at the plant upside down and I could see more seeds in like a protective reddish pouch with trichomes on them. I replanted the seed and I am going to see if the other will sprout. I'm thinking my light schedule changes might have cause this or waiting too long to harvest. I went from 18-6 to 12-12 so it could be with my other plant, but it looked like it slowed down on that cycle and the manufacturers recommend 20 hrs of light. So after 10 days of 12-12 I went to 16-8, then after 2 days back to 18-6. I was waiting to see some Amber trichomes but I only seen about 10 on the whole plant. You live and u learn, as I have learned with the stock market and go pro, but that's a different story, lol

Soma has a way of getting feminized been with the pollen from these plants he sas in his video the plants are over ripe per se but all the old timers always told me it was mother nature's way of preserving the plants genetics most plants when left long enough will form a seed or two sometimes many more and this is usually not a desireable trait if one desires to grow a sensi mila crop
