Harvested Cola Early with fuzzy white mold

I had to harvest the main cola of my strawberry blue (about 2oz) due do white mold. It got chopped at day 62 of flower, so it's relatively ready anyways. The amount of mold is negligible, I had to rip apart the bud structure to find it and only about 10% of it is actually infected with it, visually of course. I'm paranoid naturally so I chopped it, cut most of the bud formations apart into budlettes, and set in the oven at 300f for about 20 minutes, then straight to the freezer.
Now, my question is what can I do with it? I know I could make bubble but I don't feel like processing only 2 zips worth, nor do I feel like processing it with other product incase the oven time didn't kill of the spores.
Would anyone risk processing it into coconut oil?

I'm an idiot and turned my fan off during lights out for like 2 days... Which made the rh spike to 89%. I knew better, dunno why I did it, lesson reinforced. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Im chopping the same strain at day 63 today. Do u have any pictures of the mold or the plant itself? Very curious to see what it looks like! My night humidity hit 77% for a little hopefully i dont have the same thing goin on. Also if the mold was hidden in the buds how did u find it o_O. im sorry i dont have an answer to ur mold problem :(.

Only way i USED to trust processing moldy bud is bubblebags. Nothing else will filter out mold spores and I won't take a chance on whether it was neutralized by alcohol/heat/freezing. My mother had a lung infection because of mold awhile back, almost had to have a lung removed, not from MJ, but i won't Fuk with moldy bud anymore..right in the F'ing trash. It's not wort the possible, major, health issues.

Decided to just burn it, didn't want to risk anything.

Nah, I didn't have the heart to take a picture of the mold. I do have a picture of the cola I lost about two weeks ago, maybe three. I found the mold because there was a small pocket visible in one crevice. I always inspect my plants from top to bottom; magnifying glass, jewlers loupe, naked eye, etc. The mold only showed up because there was no air movement, 89% humidity, and mid 70s temperatures for two nights during lights off, I wouldn't worry about it showing up on yours.IMAG1025.jpg

I got mold in my cola, first grow it was really dence and I have a carbon filter inline fan oscilatting fan and still got it. Not sure what I did but i threw my moldy bud away and dried the other stuff really fast. No freezer or heat tho good idea. Put mine in jars after 3 days infront of a fan for the most part.

I also have strawberry blue, didnt go well as I use house and garden and used their top booster too early (supposed to use 3-4 weeks before harvest..i have all indicas and the strawberry sat dom and gave them all same nutes. Noob mistake, nanered up caused problems didnt turn out. Needed longer then 60 days 12/12 imo, i have a 600w but didnt end up like yours. Good job man.

Are you sure it was not powdery mildew instead of mold? You can actually rinse the powdery mildew off to a degree.

You can wash off mold as well as mildew, I used this technique very successfully to salvage buds that got hit with botrytis pretty bad. https://www.rollitup.org/t/bud-wash.845852/#post-10938642
Also if washing them doesn't seem like enough you can always water cure (Another technique I've tried that allows you to salvage moldy bud https://www.rollitup.org/t/water-curing-some-bud.847603/ )
Even smoking a little mold isn't that bad because the flame destroys anything harmful and none of the combustion products are particularly damaging, the real danger from mold is from inhaling the (non-combusted) spores or ingesting it, so the one thing I WOULDN'T suggest is processing it with coconut oil, because that could lead to you ingesting more of it than you'd like. Just my $0.02

I went with the advice of a friend who works in the agricultural industry and got rid of it. Mold is surprisingly resilient to extreme temperatures and humidity levels, so I went the safe route and turned it into ash for some cheap npk in my garden.
The rest of the plant was harvested on time and is drying as we speak. Smells like sweet strawberry onions and hash

Resistant to temperature and humidity levels? Yes. Resistant to hydrogen peroxide, lemon juice and baking soda (As per the process in the links I posted)? Very, very doubtful.

ISO time! I give my cola's a h2o2/h2o wash every 2/3 weeks as preventitive measures for mold/mildew & bugs. It works quite well on every plant i have had indoor.

Did it have a smell? All day my buds have been reaking of cat piss gross smell. Yet i cant find anything on the buds? Is it visible to the naked eye? Meh. Very discouraging
