Harvest?v Trich Pic~60 days flowering

Pretty sure the orange bug was a thrip looking like the 3rd thrip from the left in that pic with a bunch of them you posted a couple posts up.
The other thing looks very full of water to be a springtail and it doesnt bounce likea springtail. IT looks like it can be popped with a pin lolbut its not on the plant only the soil which is weird for aphids no?

Yeah, you'd see aphids on the stalks and leaves. I'm leaning towards predator mite for that little guy, but again, I'm not an expert. You may try posting it into the "Bugs" subsection of plant problems. Good luck and I hope you get it sorted. Happy growing.
