Happiness is a dragon

The more I think about the concept of happiness the more it feels like it is chasing the dragons tail... like drugs... something we experience , a pleasure that doesn't last.. happiness is unsustainable if it is hungered for. ..I feel perhaps to be seeking contentness through appreciation of things is more realistic and in line with the'truth" .. If one was to live a life of happiness, wouldn't there be more attachments to let go of at the end?
Or is true happiness a by product of contentness and therefore has no attachments?

Better hit another one its starting to not make sense lol

Happyness is short lived .

it can go as qiuck as it comes.

it blurs your sights from the reality of death and death of loved ones.
