Perhaps you would be able to make a small box for evaporating the solvent where humidity could be easily be controlled to avoid the condensation problems your having.
Although the problem with that would be that it could present an explosion hazard so I imagine a spark free fan would need to be used.
It would be a cheap and easy preventative measure.

The condensation happens during processing the material. It forms as ice crystals on the filter and glass, eventually falling into the collection tray.

Winterizing helps freeze up the water in the lipids and can more easily be removed. However I wanted to avoid winterize every run.

Its like I would almost have to blast in a walk in freezer to avoid it.
