Slowly but surely. In the first pic the 5 on the left are Black D.O.G. and the 4 to the right are Incredible Bulk. The 2nd pic is Bubbas Gift, Dinafem OG Kush, and Heavyweight Fruit Punch...along with my freebie 2 Fast 2 Vast auto flower. It looks like the weather has finally broke for the good around here. I'm figuring around the 3rd week of June these will all go into my 15 gal smart pots. Not pictured is another Heavyweight FP, 1 Critical Jack, and 2 707 Truthbands. They are a little ways behind the others having been started later. My patch of northeast strains got mauled by the local wildlife. Out of 11 I have 1 stumbleweed, 2 Island Afghani, and 1 Purple Pineberry x Sea Level that survived. I have a combination of Sea Dragon, Maniac Crack, Getaway Lemon Skunk, Stumbleweed, IA, and PP x SL still in solo cups...around 19 I believe.

Summer weather has finally arrived! It's been in the 80s the past 2 days and the forecast for the next 10 days is in the 80s. I surveyed the area my smart pots are going in. The weed growth has really taken off. I always underestimate how fast the weeds grow when the weather breaks and Summer weather sets in. I'm going to be putting 8 pots in one spot and the other 7 in another close by. I could actually go ahead and put the 8 up any day but there are storms in the forecast for most of the week. With that in mind I'm going to hold off until at least next Sunday to get those 8 up and running. Probably going to be the 5 Black D.O.G. and 3 of the Incredible Bulk. My Black D.O.G. plants are taking off faster than anything with the Incredible Bulk close behind. I'm really excited about these Black D.O.G. plants.

We have only had rain 3 days out of the last 20 or so. And there is none in the 10 day forecast. I need to be carrying water, but my garden need water too. Not enough time.

Never enough time lol...my plants are usually in the sun (if it would actually shine ) from 7 am ta 530 or 6...I wish I could have put them in a spot where it gets light all day but I don't have that option really....and today after it rained all fucking day the sun poked out about 20 min ago...blah

Forecast here for the week looks ok...supposed to hot the 80 marl for the 1st time this year finally...it has its pros and cons...more cons imo though...it's tough packing water to all those big ass pots when it's 95 degrees all month....this has been the wettest year here in ....fuck idk 15 years prob....my poor native trout streams dried up in a lot of places I have never seen them dry up in my life last year....the dnr actually asked ppl to not catch them last year cause they were so worried about em....that's never happened before...

I really ...REALLY hate if the sun is out and it's not hitting my plants....I just think how much nicer they would be if that extra few hrs of light would be on them....I do get absolute direct sunlight for the whole time they are in the sun though ...I seen tom hill grow some monsters with only 4 hrs of direct light. ..but I'm not him lol

I put out one yesterday that will get several hours of direct sun a day, but most of mine get sun from mid morning to mid afternoon. Lots of trees in the woods.

Yeah I have a lot of trees in my woods too =)... but I have been working on this spot since last fall cutting shit outa the way and using what iv cut for a barrier....but two huge trees that would be HARD to cover up are in the way at about 530 on....but I'm all clear from 7 ta then...pure direct light

I dug most of my holes last winter. When I went back to put the plants in, I had lots of trimming to do. Shit will grow to the light fast.

Mine will be getting around 9-10 hrs of direct sunlight. Yes it's a bitch moving water around (depending on the setup) but well worth it considering how much they grow in that weather if you can keep their thirst quenched.
water is our first concern and we secure that first before anything else and it is a big part to getting a big crop or not

Water,,every gorilla growers number 1 priority.

My 240L bin is full of water and waiting for the planting (sept/october here) and a few days ago i discovered that the wine bladders in cask wine are very easy to re-fill, as are the water ones.
My plan is to drink lots of cask wine (and keep a lookout for empty water ones) and to take the empty bladders up and fill them from the water bin and leave onsite in a garbage bag. The bin will easily refill due to the time i have to planting. As we all know any extra water on hand is better than packing it in if we need it. Anyway..thought id share.

Water is always important that's for sure...one if my spots I don't have to worry about packing water a use I have a hole dug close by that stays full of water ...but my other plants are up hill...lol it seems like they are up hill both ways when packing water to em...I happened to discover I have an extra 45 a gal pot yesterday so I'm off to pack dirt and a compost tea to pour in my new soil...the best never rest lol
