growing marijuana the shortest and fastest way in doors

hello all i am new to this forum and was wondering if anybody has seen that picture of a 15 day old flowering marijuana plant? i am wondering is this a special breed of marijuana or was it forced to grow that way. i am going to start growing it and want to know if anybody has any tips on how to grow the shortest marijuana because i have limited resources and i cant have a plant over 2' feet in height. all help is apreciated

you mean a plant that is flowering 15 days from germination?

i can't have a plant over 2 feet tall because i live with a roomate who doesent tolerate the stuff and the 15 day old flowering plant was aa rumor im not sure if its treue was what i was trying to say
