I'll get straight to the point.

2x 5x9 gorilla tents
4x Spider Farmer SE7000 730 Led Grow Light (two each tent)
40 5ltr Pots (20 per tent)
Plus all the other bells and whistles involved in a grow.

i have a strict deadline of 90 days.
3-4 week veg
7-9 week fruit

i'll be planning on growing Northern Lights (Any suggestions that meet my criteria are welcomed !)

This is strictly for the highest yield that can be attained within 3 months.

Anything you would do different ?

Thanks in advance x

I shall use clones.

Anything else you'd change to maximize yield ? Less but bigger pots ? Certain type of strain? etc.

... Less but bigger pots ? ...
Fewer plants in bigger pots - plus some LST techniques - would increase yield potential but would also increase your VEG time.

Assuming a 9" diameter for a 5L pot - 20 of them in a 60" x 108" grow space sounds a little sparse. Could you fit more pots per tent and really do a SOG? More smaller pots would increase yields and still keep your shorter VEG.

Yeah, 10 pots per light @ 5ltr.. go bigger, at least 11ltr.

If you want a quick turn around use more pots, a lot more.

Make sure you pick the right northern lights as some can take a while to flower.

I had one a few years ago was a 14 weekend at least.
Last one I did was 10 week.

Don't forget add two weeks to what ever breeder suggests.

Appreciate the response, how many pots at 11ltr and/or 5ltr would you suggest per tent?

Keep in mind, i need my veg time to be as short as possible to keep it within the 12 weeks range.
Larger pots = longer veg. Ta x

They still grow roots when flowering.
You can put a plant into flower that's got an inch girth stem and by the time its done it'll be 3 times that..

Honestly, large plant numbers is not something I usually do , but maybe 16x 11ltr pots per light.
Or 25x 6.5ltr

It's been too long since I've done anything like that.

If you can get the clones, then the more you use the less the veg time.

Maybe @Thundercat can give better advice

with a tight deadline and short veg, more plants are the answer. peace.

If on a deadline: whats your plan for drying? Is it included in you 90 days? Or is it 90days of light?

My best advice would be not fucking anything up; all issues along the way will either delay or make yield suffer.

One way of going would be to use autos and 20-4 cycle. More hours of light in total. Also those lights would be able to light a bigger area with autos since they need a bit less light
