Ok, so I have been in Colorado for a little over a month this time, but I just officially moved last week. We are renting a house near Denver, and there are 3 of us so we can have 18 plants. This time I will be using Genetics from Attitude because I don't have any seeds of my own this time, and I will be breeding these plants. I got as many seeds as I could as Regular instead of Feminized because I want at least a few males. The main strains I am hoping to get males of are the African strains because they have the THCv genetics that other plants don't, and may have some other genetics that are dormant in other plants and can be activated to create some kind of bud characteristic that has not been seen yet in dispensaries.
I am going to be growing mainly Africa strains: Early Durban, South African Kwazulu, Malawi, African Buzz, etc, but I will also be growing Danky Kong, Gorilla Glue, Girl Scout Cookies, Hindu Kush, etc.
We will have 2 extremely aromatic strains, apart from the Cheeses and Girl Scout Cookie, etc. One of those two aromatic strains smells like Bananas, one of them smells like Strawberry.
I have not been able to find the HPS that I used to use for flowering, so I have 3 good sized CFLs, 2 bigger than 1 of them. But I will be getting what is said to be 600W in CFL Corn Lights, and what is said to be 1500W on an LED Hood thing where it is a rectangle. I'm using Fox Farm Nutrients and a Silicate, I forget which one.
I'll make a grow thread soon. We are also making Cider, growing Tobacco, growing Peppers, etc.
