Replace the prosecutors and judges.

Without a fundamental understanding of Federalism we are bound to fail. Only one AG in this country has the authority and responsibility for marijuana's Schedule I placement and maintaining/funding this wrongful enforcement/eradication period. It is this federal policy/law and bureaucracy that by law trumps any state policy/law or state bureaucracy without question. It is this federal funding that enforce these federal policy mandates locally by carrying tons of cash into everyone of our communities nationwide keeping up this "drug war" and your local militarized narcotics units, all regardless of state law and bureaucracy. Simply stated, the states have never been able to fund this national militarized criminal atrocity. If we cannot follow (understand) law here, could we at least follow the money, how wrong the end results are and whom is actually responsible


It was clearly Eric Holder's budget and policies that are responsible for hiring and deploying Deputy Dan in California regardless of their laws, bureaucracy or the will of the People. This story of Jesse Snodgrass and Deputy Dan were actually brought to you with funds earmarked the "Obama Recovery"

Holder has been doing this in every state within our union for the past six years and is now responsible for more MJ raids and convictions than any US AG in history. When and how will this stop? I'm talking about the control and use of our state courts and LEO (in violation of our sec 4 rights) here through money and mandate, not his unfettered use and control of his federal courts and enforcement agencies ...

It will stop when they can no longer set a jury for any Cannabis 'crime'

Jury nullification has nothing to do with setting a jury brother. Jury nullification is about educating a set jury so that they are not "captured" by the lawfare of legal precedents and court room procedure handled in the backrooms and hidden from them. You know a defendant found in possession of over an ounce of marijuana is guilty of trafficking a Schedule I Controlled Substance "beyond a reasonable doubt" regardless of the facts of the matter.

Dr B's consideration, attempt and failure at "jury nullification" locally leaves a lot to be learned, if we only paid attention. I believe the local threat was yet another felony for jury tampering ...


Honestly I'm no lawyer or legal professor, my attempts at educating draw only partisan hatred here redirecting any attempt at education (as designed). Sadly not only am I wasting my time here, so will you without being able to provide true understanding/education in the end

I think making an example out of such an open Michigan medical cannabis patient was a strong motivator for the prosecution and law enforcement. Over 100,000 patients in the state and this guy going away on some bullshit is one of the very few popular Michigan cannabis YouTubers.... I think some law enforcement entities are possibly taking such acts to heart, and want to show patients/caregivers that they still can have some power over us. Attempting to send us the message you can smoke/grow your cannabis, but do so with extreme discretion...I know he goes into to detail about why he was raided in the first place, but who knows.

It makes me very happy every time I see someone like Dr.B who is so public about what he/she is doing, because the longer the rest of us hide in the cannabis closet the longer it will take everyone to see that we are just normal folks like everyone else.

I've studied law into post graduate brother and at the top of my class following a decade of military service. I bowed out for ethical reasons I would truly not understand until much later in life. He was a young guy over excited about his fame and they HAVE to make an example of him to put the fear of God into the rest

Like they did to the greenhouse guy following all the rules-

I believe that if every mmj grower put their grow on youtube it would become a normal thing, and it wouldn't be this taboo act. We are making it a taboo practice by acting like it is something to hide. Homosexuality is really a prime example and why i made the closet reference. 20 years ago an overwhelming majority of people were against homosexuality, causing a lot of members in that community to keep their sexual orientation to themselves out of fear from social scrutiny and possible violence. It wasn't until those individuals made their sexual orientation public that society slowly progressed to acceptance. We are such a small percentage of the population (once again like homosexuals) that if we don't make what we do public we are doing nothing but prolonging the day where we have nothing to legally fear. Are some people like Dr.B going to go down in the process. Most definitely, but that is the price to pay for progress.

A majority of people that are successful in this market(Michigan Medical Cannabis) are individuals 35+ who have had to operate in the underground for so long that the idea of making anything public when it comes to cultivating is crazy. Leaving it to the younger generation to pave the way for broader social acceptance via social media. A few of us are going to go to jail maybe prison because of our antics, but it will be worth it, My generation will do in a few years , what gen x and later generations took decades to accomplish, mainly because we are social media whores who also have a strong association with libertarian ideas. Those generations set us up for us to knock the shit down rapidly.

I could not agree more brother, it has been tough watching this productive member of our community beat like a dog as we can only sit and observe. Although, I must say his perseverance is inspiring to me as most simply fade away and die, myself included.

The economics of this modern day "justice system" he shares in that video is beyond comprehension to me. I cannot help but think of the other folks floating around our community like Danny Trevino/Hydro World whom somehow answer to a wholly different God ...
