I came across this, the title was a bit misleading, but it is about growing your own pain killers, insomnia cures and even beauty products. I enjoyed, I hope there are some people that can get something out it.

If you are interested in that sort of thing, there are a lot of books on the market that are good. Two of my favorites are The New Age Herbalist by Richard Mabey and The Healing Herbs by Michael Castleman.
